UK mainland – £4.95 / each additional item £2.00
USA – £34 / each additional item £18.00.
Due to US tariff legislation abolishing the de minimis duty-free threshold, tariff charges now apply to your purchases from the UK. These charges are included in the shipping price, unless stated otherwise.
Australia / New Zealand / Canada – £26 / each additional item £9.50
Import Duties/charges payable on deliveries outside of the UK are the responsibility of the purchaser, payable prior to local delivery.
All orders will be posted within 2-5 working days Monday – Friday (excluding weekend, personal and public holidays).
Returns & Refunds
If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts within 3 days of receipt of Goods.
All handmade items have been carefully made and checked before dispatch. If all or part of your order arrives damaged, I will require the item to be returned for inspection or full photographic evidence of the damage along with images of the packaging when it arrived before any refund is processed. Please contact me directly through my shops messaging system and I will be happy to discuss the best way forward.

Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts will refund your account via your original payment method on receipt of the item. Items must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days.
