Export tariff paid at UK despatch. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on arrival. Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Items will be dispatched within 2-5 working days after the receipt of order. For personalised items please allow 7- 10 working days for dispatch.

If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts within 3 days of receipt of Goods.

All handmade items have been carefully made and checked before dispatch. If all or part of your order arrives damaged, I will require the item to be returned for inspection or full photographic evidence of the damage along with images of the packaging when it arrived before any refund is processed. Please contact me directly through my shops messaging system and I will be happy to discuss the best way forward.

Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts will refund your account via your original payment method on receipt of the item. Items must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days.
